On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
AmendConfirm from wesbervice for LC and BG going auto authorize
 
While sending a request for CreateGuaranteeAmendConfirm and CreateAmendConfirm from webservice, it is auto authorized in OBTF even though as per preference Uploaded status is defined as unauthrize ('U') in source upload preference (COTM_SOURCE_PREF).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CreateGuaranteeAmendConfirm and CreateAmendConfirm from webservice should be in unauthorized in OBTF.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pass request using CreateGuaranteeAmendConfirm and CreateAmendConfirm from webservice
2. Verify the contract details in OBTF.
3. Contract is auto authorized.
