Import LC Drawing process reference number generation is failing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Import LC Drawing process reference number generation should proceed with out failing ,Response transformation should not fail

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Import LC Drawing
2.Go to LC drawing details
3.Go to LC details
4.Reference number generation is failing
