Cross border contract not moving further from authorization limit queue even after user approves it
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cross border contract should move further once user approves from authorization limit queue
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UAT of latest production image
2. Authorize the transaction in Authorization limit queue
3. Check transaction moves to next stage.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with specific cross border contract
Changes
Application changes to disable validation if user approves from authorization limit queue
