ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PBDOVIEW; Reversal request date is picking wrong date other than the branch date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
 Reversal request date should pick correct date other than the branch date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Initiate reversal from PBSOVIEW screen
2) System launches the reversal screen
3) The request date is defaulted to some other date other than the txn branch date

Due to this issue, Reversal request date is picking wrong date.
