Symptoms

Cannot query saving account (QuerySTDSTDOR) through gateway services. Getting the following error

ERROR

'User does not have the rights to perform the operation','GW-ROUT0008'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Frame request for QuerySTDSTDOR operation.
2. Verify the response.
