Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account with multiple due dates for 07/01/2023.

Account data attached. This account has 2 due dates for 07/01/2023 incorrectly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not generate multiple due dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an account and post extension and check No Duplicate dues found.
2. Verified cases for Current dated and Back dated Extension and Reversals.
3. Verified Due date history and delinquency Counters.
4. Observed issue on Reversal of Extension in certain scenarios. In certain scenarios - Counters were incorrect on Reversal of Extension.
