Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBVAM - Unable to fetch identifier in Create Remittance Details Screen.

In create remittance details screen, unable to fetch the virtual identifier. When clicked on LOV, no records are fetched.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Virtual Identifier should be fetched in the LOV.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBVAM
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Virtual Account Management > Remittance ID > View/Edit Remittance ID or Create Remittance ID
3. Unable to fetch Virtual Identifier.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the virtual Identifiers in the LOV
