ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Closed BIC codes getting populated on settlement tab

System is populating the closed BICs from ISDBICDE screen on selection of settlement tab under FXDTRONL and MMDTRONL screens.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally closed bic codes shouldnt get populated at contract level. 

 

SIMULATION
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit screen FXDTRONL and MMDTRONL screens.
2. Go to settlement tab
3. Choose Bic code.
