ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On liquidation of Islamic bill, when 'Tax' tab is invoked, 'Waiver' checkboxes are not editable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Liquidation of bill -> Tax waiver checkbox should be enabled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Liquidation of bill.
2. In Tax details section.
3. Verify whether the waiver option is enabled.
