Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan account did not deduct the monthly schedule due from the CASA account even though CASA has sufficient interest balance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should retrieve the dues from the CASA account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a loan contract
2. run EOD
3. Verify whether the dues are retrieved from the CASA account on the due date.
