Error 'Access Denied' Appears on Upload File Inquiry Screen for VAM Module Public Templates (Doc ID 3021280.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search the VAM (virtual account management) module file identifiers public template details in upload file inquiry screen, following error is displayed.

ERROR

access denied

STEPS
---------------------
1. Login via administrator
2. Navigate to file identifier maintenance and create new template.
3. fill the details and select identifer as VAM module and access type as public and submit.
4. Now, upload a file and navigate to upload file inquiry screen
5. select the created file identifier and perform search
6. Please check that access denied error is displayed.
