Search result does not get updated on Transaction Group Maintenance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Result should be displayed as per enquired details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Limits-->Transaction Group Maintenance
3. Without any input, click search, a message will appear to enter a valid data
4. Provide input, search, result will appear
5. Now remove all search criteria and click search again
