OBPM - Unable To Maintain Generic ACH DD - Network Code In PCDNWDDP (Doc ID 3021458.1)

Symptoms

Cannot maintain network code on "Collections Network Preference Detailed " Screen

Users are trying to create a network code for Direct Debit Outward transactions, and while maintaining network code DDOW1 which is 'Generic ACH DD' network,
It is not available on 'Network Code' LOV of PCDNWDDP screen. When checked the LOV query, it is found that, LOV is only enabled for 'SEPA DD' network. 

Site has modified the LOV to fetch the Network Code and retried choosing the LOV and are facing errors.

INVALID-001 - Value for field Network Code is not valid
ST-SAVE-004 - Failed to Save the Record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new network code for 'Generic ACH DD' in PMDNWCOD
2. Now try to fetch the network code in PCDNWDDP
3. Unable to fetch the newly created Code.
4. Suppose if LOV query is modified, then newly created code is coming
5. But on maintaining the preferences in PCDNWDDP and submit, system is throwing error.
