ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Descrepancies in debit account on initial page and review page during CASA request statement transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Debit account should be same as initiated during CASA request statement transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the system.
2. Navigate to CASA details --> CASA Transaction -> Request statement.
3. Fill the details and check the debit account selected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will get incorrect debit account number during request statement.
