STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login OBPM, in PGDIBULK, enter the details of inward clearing transaction.
2. After save , ther transactions in inward clearing is moving to clearing return queue with exception as "Source network preferences is null"
3. However the source network preference is maintained for M_ICCS (manual type)source and network ICCS
