Account Closed By Centralized Role In FCUBS But It Is Not Replicated In OBBRN (Doc ID 3022581.1)

Goal

A branch account is closed at B branch according to the centralized role in FCUBS. That closed account is not replicated in OBBRN. The issue is due to user does not have access to the branch in OBBRN. Is there a way to give centralized role to the user in OBBRN.
