Symptoms

At OBBRN, the payout detail tab of TD account opening, Before clicking summit button, the maker changes the payout information, the transaction is successful.
When the checker clicks approved button the following error occurs.

Unhandle exception .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a TD account in OBBR,
2. Approve it.
