ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An incoming RTGS on closed account is parked in REPAIR Queue instead of AUTO RETURNING it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Incoming RTGS should be auto returned if reject reason is maintained on PMDRJMNT.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In pmdrjmnt screen, maintain one err code as AUTO for closed account.
2. Post an incoming rtgs transaction from AMQ for a closed account, by giving this closed acc in CR ACC.
3. Check if the transaction is auto returned or parked in the repair queue.
