ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PSDICBBT(Inbound) created transaction, system is allowing to reverse the same transaction twice.

After creating a transaction in PSDICBBT screen and authorizing it, when tried to reverse the transaction through PSDOCBRT, the system is allowing to reverse the same transaction multiple times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to save the reversal operation 2nd time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create a transaction through PSDICBBT screen and authorize it
Step 2: Go to PSSICNVW screen and query for that particular transaction
Step 3: Select the transaction and click on the option to Reverse
Step 4: Click on enrich and then save the reversal operation (PSDOCBRT screen). Note the return reference number and original transaction number
Step 5: Query the original transaction number again in PSSICNVW screen and select the record and click on reverse option
Step 6: Click on enrich and save the transaction again
