Symptoms

Actual Behavior

User is unable to Authorise a repaired payment from the Network Resolution Queue PQSNWRQU. Error Message is received - Failed in Transaction processing, Failed to Process the Request.

Expected Behavior

System should allow user to authorize the repaired payment from network resolution queue.

Steps

1. Authorize the payment from PQSNWRQU screen and check any error occurs

Business Impact

User is unable to Authorise a repaired payment from PQSNWRQU screen.
