FCUBSSCVService-QuerySCVCustSumm Failed to fetch

QuerySCVCustSumm is getting failed while fetching the details for stdcif- xxx which has 250+ CLs.

CO-5003 - Internal Server Error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke FCUBSSCVService-QuerySCVCustSumm
2. Verify the response generated from the service
3. Provided the customer has 250+ CLs attached
3. System is throwing Error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to use FCUBSSCVService-QuerySCVCustSumm service
