While calculating goal, below error is observed.

Initial deposit amount cannot be greater than or equal to target amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to Goal calculator
3. Enter amount in lakhs in goal amount (1,00,000) and enter amount in thousand (5000)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to calculate goal amount.
