Symptoms


Process – Guarantee Amendment
Guarantee Amendment DE STAGE charge simulation is failing due to special character in provider request.
Getting error in advice screen at DE stage
• Unable to process charge simulation request. -
• OBRH-Fail - Exception in Performing Obrh Request. Check Request Audit.



ERROR

From HTTP logs we are getting below error
GWEJBClient [callLocalEJB] 24_APR 15:07:36:409->org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
GWHttpServlet [doPost()] 24_APR 15:07:36:409->The Reply Message being sent back ->
GWHttpServlet [doPost()] 24_APR 15:07:36:409->After sending the Reply Message
