Symptoms

Actual Behaviour: Incoming QR transaction with debtor name > 70 characters fails with error PB-TXP-122

Expected Behaviour: Incoming QR transaction with debtor name > 70 characters should be processed successfully without error


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Incoming OBPM QR transaction with debtor name > 70 characters
2. Check contract creation fails with  PB-TXP-122 error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Incoming QR transaction with debtor name > 70 characters successfully

Changes

Application fix will trim drname and crname if > 70 characters.
