ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account entitlement functionality is not working in OBBRN

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should restrict the transaction on the account where the entitlement groups are mapped. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Maintain the Account under the group.
2.Restrict the cash withdrawal for the group
3.Unlock the external customer account
4. Map the entitlement groups.
5. Do transaction for the account and verify whether system is restricting the transaction for that account.
