Goal
Foreign TIN under Subject Information section is accepting incremental string, Special characters, Spaces which is against the XMLUserGuide_FinCENSAR document
As per the SAR XML guidelines from the regulator, Foreign TIN cannot have special characters or spaces.
As per the SAR XML guidelines TIN cannot have special characters or spaces and cannot be a consecutive string of the the same number or an incremental string such as 1234567.
But TIN filed is accepting the special characters, spaces and incremental strings. Grid level validation is not throwing any errors instead it is showing the popup like "details are complete".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM
==========================
1. Login to the CRR US-SAR with the supervisor role.
2. open any report and navigate to the subject Information section
3. Under the subject information give the tin number as something like *+,12345.
4. save the changes and click on the validate button.
5. it will show the popup like "details are complete"
