On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support
When attempting to upload a MT700 message using incoming queue for reference XXXXX system is failing with error ORA-12899
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FAILED to update MSTBS_TF_DLY_MSG_IN - ORA-12899: value too large for column "MSZB_TF_DLY_MSG_IN"."REPAIR_REASON" (actual: 12, maximum: 11)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Try to upload a MT700 message using incoming queue
2.Check if the messages are getting processed
