ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Access Account Mapping is not working in the Group Corporate Onboarding even after submitting the transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User Access Account Mapping should work in the Group Corporate Onboarding after submitting the transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX as superadmin user
2. From Group Corporate Onboarding navigate to User Account Access screen and search for your user
3. Click on Map button
4. Click on Edit button for any type of account
5. In Map Accounts section, select an unmapped account and click on Save
