When attempting to Managers cheque in Clearing is getting failed due to PI-INS-066
the following error occurs.

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Managers cheque is processed in inward clearing from interface ICCS(UAE Clearing System)
2. Transaction is getting rejected with error PI-INS-066 Instrument date is not matched with instrument issue date.
