OBRH Auth Token Generation Fails with Error "400 Bad Request" When Integration Is with LDAP (Doc ID 3027695.1)

Symptoms

When OBRH(Oracle Banking Routing Hub) integration is through LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), on trying to perform any transaction from OBDX(Oracle Banking Digital Experience) related to any functionality having OBRH Intergration, transaction fails as auth-token generation fails,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Perform any transaction having OBRH Integration(Eg: Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of Credit-->Initiate LC)
