Accounting Entries Is Not Posted In Flexcube, But In Payments Table It Shows Posted (Doc ID 3028317.1)

Symptoms


Actual Behavior  

Accounting Entries is not posted in Flexcube, but in payments table it shows posted  


Expected Behavior

If TXN_ACC_DONE, OFF_ACC_DONE it says handoff, then system should post the accounting to FCUBS

Steps

1. Do any OPM transaction
2. Check the accountings are posted to FCUBS
3. Also check the TXN_ACC_DONE,OFF_ACC_DONE in pmtb_accounting_entries

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users cannot check the entries in FCUBS side.
