Symptoms
Perform BC cancellation operation ->User is facing below Error in second submit in Sentback level.

RM-BC-RT-01 Failed in getting the exchange rate
RM-BC-AC-04 Transaction reference <transaction reference number>failed while building HandOff. Please contact support
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue BC from Multi BC Screen.
2. Perform BC cancellation.
3. Verify whether the cancel operation is successful.
