Outgoing MT730 and MT707 Failing After Amendment Of Incoming MT707

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Outgoing MT730 and MT707 should generate and handed over successfully. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload attached incoming message through BMM tool by changing reference number in field 20.
2.Check if message is visible in MSSTFIBR with Processed status.
3.Check transaction in LCDTRONL and check version number.
4.Check overrides in AMND event.
5.Go to LCDAMEND and check message preview.
6.Check if MT707 and MT730 are generated.
7.Click on Authorize. Check Overrides before authorizing.
8.Authorize the contract and check if outgoing MT730 and MT707 status is Handoff.
