ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBCL - Payment message is not getting generated during disbursement

Payment message is not getting generated during disbursement if disbursement date is greater than loan value date.

Payment message is not getting generated.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message should be generated if done on Current System date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a back dated loan contract.
2. Suppress back dated payment message is checked.
3. Perform disbursement with value date as current system date.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the Generated message
