ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GEDFACLT -MIS change log does not show proper data
User captured Transaction MIS during facility creation...Later during modification MIS code was changed, but the change log does not show changes... Instead it shows table name (GCTBS_MIS_CLASS_MAPPING) in old value and new value as NULL....
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Change long should work correctly by showing old value and new value
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Capture Transaction MIS in GEDFACLT, save authorise... During modification change the MIS to a new value and check Change log details

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the MIS change log for GEDFACLT
