ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Screen Frozen while trying to open Function ID with Users which doesn't have access for the Func ID

In Front End User does not have role to access for the particular function id. If the user Tries to access the Function ID system freezes screen no error msg like "user does not have access to the function id" error is not getting displayed.
And even though User don't have role for summary screen still it launches and queries the list.
