ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After PS upgrade to 14.5.0.10.0, in cross border OBPM contract, LCY balance arrived is 1 decimal more for the exch rate inputted
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In cross border OBPM contract, LCY balance should be derived correctly as per the exch rate inputted
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UAT with patch set 14.5.0.10.0 and latest production image
2. Process cross border OBPM contract with FCY ccy, input exch rate and check LCY derived amount is 1 decimal up
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see accounting entry with correct LCY amount.
Changes
Application changes will derive the LCY amount with round up or down of decimals correctly.
