On : 11.10.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Function ids do not have description in smtb_function_description table

217 function ids do not have description in smtb_function_description table and two records are having description in special characters.

There are 21 function id’s Which are related to Batch process, system will call internally and nowhere using from frontend.
