On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CL Contract RACR event is posted twice during the backdated manual liquidation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
RACR should not be duplicate
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take CL Contract which is in PDO status
2. Do the manual liquidation with back value date before maturity date where Normal and Penal interest is applied.
3. Delete the manual liquidation before authorization
4. Do the same manual liquidation with back value date before maturity date where normal and penal interest is applied.
5. During authorization of above CL payment system has posted RACR twice.
