Symptoms
In GEDMLIAB and GEDFACLT screen -> Credit Rating cannot be removed after authorization.

"GE-CRED-001" -"Credit Rating cannot be removed after authorization"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In GEDMLIAB and GEDFACLT screen
2. Save and authorize the record
3. Now try to unlock same record and remove credit rating
4. Verify the system behaviour
