Symptoms
When attempting to create the positive pay using an account number and cheque number, the following error occurs.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No user should get an error while creating positive pay.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corp user
2. Navigate to positive payment screen
3. Enter all details and submit.
4. User is getting error as "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the positive payment request.
