OBVAM - Virtual Account Closure Is Failing And Not Auto Running (Doc ID 3030379.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBVAM: 14.6.0.4.0 : Virtual Account Closure

Consider the virtual account which is closed and authorized and in View Account Input the status of the closed account is showing Active which is incorrect behavior.

a. CRON Job is not auto running 

b. On Manual Run, failing at OBPM req


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Input status to be displayed correctly across all screens and LOVs.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBVAM
2. Navigate to Under Virtual Account -> Account-> Account Closure -> Close an Account
3. Now view the closed account in View Account Input
4. Status of Account is displayed as Active.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, status of Account is displayed incorrectly, and jobs are not running
