Symptoms
When attempting to create Term Deposit (TD), following error occurs.

On Screen:
Validations Failed.
In Logs:
DIGX_TD_0071: The joint customer provided for the deposit cannot be the same as primary customer.
Object Name: party, Attribute Name: party, Attribute Value: , Error Code: DIGX_TD_0071, Message: The joint customer provided for the deposit cannot be the same as primary customer.[null]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker who is joint holder in an account.
2. Create a new TD. Fill in details.
3. Click on submit.
4. Approve the request via approver. Note the error.
