Symptoms
OBTFPM : Unable to perform Export LC issuance using filed 49 as confirmed.
In the process of Islamic Trade Finance, in Export LC Issuance, errors are encountered during the Scrutiny stage despite providing confirmation party type values (Field 49).
ERROR
-----------------------
LCUPLD-601 - Requested Confirmation Party cannot be NULL when Confirmation Instructions is provided.
ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM
2. Initiate an Export LC Advise Application
3. Move to scrutiny stage
4. Choose Field 49 - Confirmation Instruction as CONFIRM
5. And choose the confirming Party
6. Submit the application, system is throwing error
