ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTF - MSSTFIBR - STP Failure reason

Whenever MT710 and it's continuation MT711 hits MSSTFIBR - system creating STP transaction in LCDTRONL . However when MT710 received without respective MT711s as extension messages.
System throwing it to failure status without showing any reason in Reject reason.

Pls bring the new error description as "All 711 are not present for processing” to reflect as reject reason in MSSTFIBR for such incomplete messages where only 1/2 or 1/3 received instead of full message 2/2 , 3/3.

Kindly bring error message - All 711 are not present for processing.

Changes

 Fix: Provided fix to update the proper repair reason when MT711 extension message is not present for processing
