Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank wants to use ISO20022 Standard and to generate MX Messages for RTGS Transactions, but user is unable to create a new RMA Record with Message Format as MX.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to generate the MX messages for RTGS Crossborder high values transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform maintenances
2. Verify whether the MX Message is generated.
