Symptoms
While creating TD with "Date option", below error is observed.
ERROR

System cannot process, please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retail/corp
2. Go to Accounts> Term Deposits ->Open New TD
3. While creating TD, choose Tenure as Date
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to create TD with date option.
