Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Scheduled reports are not generating at scheduled time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scheduled reports should get generated at the time when it is scheduled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate/Retail user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Reports > Report Generation and schedule a report at a specific time.
3. Reports are not getting generated at the scheduled time.
