Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBTFPM - Export LC Documents are not visible in the checker queue.

Checker is unable to view the Documents attached by maker in Approval Rekey Screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Checker should be able to view the Documents attached by maker


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Export LC application
2. In DE stage attach the documents
3. Complete KYC Approval
4. Now fetch the records from Checker Queue
5. In Approval Rekey screen, click on Documents
6. System is not displaying any details.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view attached docs in Approval Rekey screen
