OBCL 14.7.0.4.0:Dev:Rollover: Rollover is not initiated for loans - USNSBB1211620101/ USNSBB12116201
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rollover need to triggered for both the loans and child contracts need to initiate.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create backdated facility for 80M USD for 7 days
2. Book backdated revolving loan 1 for 20M USD for three days
3. Book Backdated revolving loan 2 for 20M EUR and exchange rate is 1.4223
4. Performed rollover booking for revolving loan 1 for same principal amount (20M USD)
5. Performed rollover booking for revolving loan 2 for additional principal amount (27M EUR) and exchange rate is 1.842
6. Run EOD
7. Rollover is not triggered for both the loans and child contracts are not initiated
